We all have a limited amount of hours in our day where we have to prioritize and use our time wisely. One way which I find helps me significantly in managing my time is online banking. Gone are the days where you have to stand in line at the bank to transfer your money or check your balance. No more moaning children writhing at your heels and running frantic circles around you and the other annoyed customers. Yes, online banking is a wonderful lifesaver — whatever stage of life you’re in.

You may be reading this, set in your ways, perfectly content to drive yourself to the bank and do it the traditional way, but let’s go over some key points that will help in your decision of whether to start online banking.

Does My Bank Offer This?
Almost every bank in America offers this service, which is similar in Canada and many parts of Europe. Just ask a representative from your bank to give you the information to help you get started and set up.

What Are The Similarities And Differences Between Traditional and Online Banking?
Both types of banking do the same things: Save money, loan money, manage our finances and keep track of any loans. The main difference however is that our account information is easily accessible from our home computer when we do online banking. In a nutshell, this means you won’t be using paper or the phone for transactions. You can check your balances, transfer money from one account to another, pay bills — do numerous tasks with the click of your mouse.

What Are The Real Advantages To Online Banking?

  1. Saves Time.
  2. Less Clutter: If you have a stack of bank paper statements, and just can’t keep track — online banking might just be your answer.
  3. Control Of Finances Even When Traveling: If you’re abroad a lot and need to keep close attention of your finances, this is a life-saver.
  4. 24 Hour Access: This is a wonderful benefit. Wherever internet access is available, you can check your account and do your banking — all-round convenience.
  5. Saves Money: Yes, this is true! You can avoid fees that you may be charged for certain teller transactions or check writing. When you pay bills electronically — directly from your account to the merchant — you save on stamps. This may seem trivial, but multiply the number of bills you pay a year by the price of the ever-increasing stamp, and it’s not so trivial. You may also get superior deals on your checking accounts with no monthly charges or service fees. You can have a constant update of your account so you can avoid over-draft charges by transferring etc.

Pay your bills online, manage your accounts online, get your paychecks directly deposited into your account and your life will simplify even more. So maybe you’ll have to make a trip to the bank occasionally to deposit an extra check here and there, and yes little Mandy will be pulling gum theatrically out of her mouth and then wail when it’s stuck in her hair, but it’s all about balance.

The travel industry business has changed dramatically over the years. It has definitely grown over the years. Not only grown but grown into a 70 billion dollar industry.

So many people travel now days that travel companies have no choice but to make it easier for their consumers to do so. I must say that they have done just that. They have done this by bringing it home. How did they do that? This has been done by making it so that the consumer no longer have to leave the comfort of their home if they so choose. Now all you have to do is Google in one of the many travel companies out their and BOOM right before your eyes everything you need is right there. I’m sure you remember the most popular way to prepare for a trip was to “Call My Travel Agent.” Well, not any longer.

Now to the point….how can I profit from this industry? Well most of these companies no longer want to deal with all the overhead that is associated with running a business. So to make it easier for themselves they have decided to open up the opportunity to have everyday people…YES I said everyday people advertise their products for them and get paid a lucrative amount to do it. Just imagine if you connected with the right company on the ground floor what you can achieve. Now most of these companies ask for a small investment. However, this investment does not even compare to what they offer. They train you, and give you everything you need to get yourself going in most cases WITHOUT any extra investing on your part. Not only that, but the compensation plans for these companies are top notch because they no longer have to use the money for overhead expenses. So guess what? Now all that money goes to you their advertiser.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this is now a big rave for travel companies. I can’t say that every company you can think of offers this to consumers but I know that there are many that do. You the consumer can now get paid a lucrative amount of money by tapping into it and you can do it right from the comfort of your own home.

There are many companies out there looking for people just like you to help them in their venture to stay on top. What are you going to do?

For most individuals and families, a home is their most important possession. However, recent bad lending practices and predatory mortgage brokers have led to a rash of foreclosures around the United States. In order to protect yourself and your family from losing your home, it is important to understand how a foreclosure happens and what the foreclosure process looks like.

The full foreclosure process includes several stages and is not very difficult to understand. During each stage the home or property owner has an opportunity to bring their loan current in an effort to avoid foreclosure. The process typically begins after about three to six months of missed payments when the lending institution orders a trustee to record a Notice of Default (NOD) at the County Recorder’s Office. The borrower is immediately notified that he or she is facing foreclosure due to failure to make payments.

If after a period of time of being notified of the possibility of foreclosure the borrower fails to make good on the defaulted loan, a foreclosure sale date is established roughly three months out. The homeowner will receive a Notice of Sale, which will list the date of the foreclosure or auction, the location of the property and sometimes is assessed value. Additionally, the Notice of Sale is recorded at the County Recorder’s Office of the county where the property is located. Local newspapers also publish the Notice of Sale for about three weeks to alert potential buyers of the foreclosure.

The foreclosure process ends with the resale of the property, at a Trustee Sale. Trustee Sales usually take place on the steps of the county courthouse in which the property is located, at a date and time already been designated in the Notice of Sale. The opening bid on the property is determined by the foreclosing lender, and is usually equal to the outstanding loan balance, interest accrued, and any other fees associated with the Trustee Sale process. Sometimes, if the market is saturated, the lender will open the auction at a price slightly lower than the sum of these amounts. The highest bidder wins the auction and must put down a cash deposit to secure the property. Typically, the bidder must pay for the property in full within 24 hours of the close of the auction.

If no one offers a bid higher than the opening bid, the lender will assume the deed to the property and absorb the remaining loan balance and all other associated fees. When the lender assumes the property because the opening bid was not beat, it is referred to as REO or Real Estate Owned. In recent years this is happening more and more often because many foreclosed properties are worth less than what is owed on them.

Germany’s “conversion” from Nazism to democracy was forced on it by the victors of WWII.

We left it up to the Germans to “deNazify” their country! Now Germany appears to be backsliding as the Nazi German spirit is beginning to stir again, getting ready to break free from imposed shackles with a fury, and come back with a vengeance from the abyss, threatening to wreak havoc upon the world.

This is documented within
GERMANY AND THE HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE.

It appears mankind continues its march of folly and refuses to learn, and rejects the biblical principles of strong leadership as manifest in great British-Israelite heroes like Winston S. Churchill.

For the record, I’ve been throughout Germany four times and have had German roommates while serving as a volunteer in various kibbutzim in Israel, and have nothing against individual Germans and believe their country is very beautiful, and am definitely German-American, in large part.

I love the German people enough to help warn them to be very wary of any crisis that will tempt them to just blindly follow the leader about to emerge, who will be presented as Europe’s savior from nuclear Islam, by none other than the pope and the Vatican’s political puppets. Yes, beware the beast! The Bible exposes Europe will experience another wannabe divine emperor.

I believe that most Germans are merely naive or ordinary citizens (like this country), but that the powers that be behind the scenes, the real rulers of Germany, are intent on misleading and manipulating the German army and people again to form their final and Fourth Reich, just as Bible prophecy warns.

Growing evidence of this troubling trend was clearly manifest in the Balkans, where Germany led the assault against our faithful WWII allies, the Serbs, and raped and destroyed Yugoslavia and slaughtered the Orthodox, all as groundwork for their unholy Roman Empire of the German Nation.

How did Germany do this when the German constitution forbids it? The United States were useful idiots for Germany and the bloody Vatican under our shameful president, Bill Clinton, and helped to do their dirty work for them in lockstep with NATO (the same NATO/UN/EU forces about to be used and abused in the Middle East, wolves in sheep’s clothing, “peacekeepers” with their evil eye on Jerusalem).

By foolishly aiding and abetting German hegemony throughout Europe, we are actually helping to create the Frankenstein Monster that will destroy us! Margaret Thatcher couldn’t have been more right.

Germany Behind the Mask: Monster or Marshmallow? exposes all is not quiet on the continent, although Germany puts up a front…for now.
